A villa set includes cover, drawing register, notes and symbols; flooring, tag and elevation drawings per floor; thirty or more sections at 1:15 and 1:40; and coordinated services drawings — lighting and wiring, HVAC, water supply and plumbing — for every level. Itemised schedules for furniture, lighting, sanitary ware and appliances are issued alongside.
- MEP coordinationCarried out on every project. Services drawings are produced within the architectural package and reconciled against ceilings, floors and joinery before site work begins.
- Site supervisionAvailable as a separate engagement with its own fee. Requested infrequently, because the documentation leaves little to arbitrate.
- Built workXforms Studio is a building practice, not a visualisation studio. The projects shown were constructed and are occupied. Most are presented through the studio’s own visualisations, produced from the construction drawings; a smaller number were photographed on site by a professional photographer after handover and are marked “Photographed”. One private villa in Cairo Festival City is under construction now.
