A house built around the trees it was given, on the Red Sea coast.
The palms were there first, and the house steps back for them
Sand-toned board-marked concrete, deep iroko soffits, slim black steel framing, full-height glazing, river pebble and desert boulder, dracaena and date palm. The roof reaches well past the glass on every elevation, so the terrace is shaded all day and the glazing never takes direct sun — the reason the house can be this open in Jeddah at all.

We accept a limited number of projects a year. If you are considering a house you will live in for the next twenty years, we would like to meet you.
